The Village of Monroe is seeking a dependable and skilled Part-Time Painter to assist with painting and maintenance projects throughout Village facilities and properties.

Duties include:

Preparing surfaces and applying interior and exterior paint Performing touch-ups and general painting maintenance Protecting floors, furniture, fixtures, and surrounding areas Maintaining a clean and safe work area Assisting with other maintenance duties as needed

Qualifications:

Previous painting experience preferred Knowledge of basic painting tools, materials, and techniques Ability to work independently and follow instructions Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious Valid driver's license preferred

Schedule:

Flexible - Monday thru Friday between hours of 8am and 4pm

Pay:

Competitive, based on experience
