Candidates
MUST HAVE
commercial painting experience. You will be responsible for your own transportation to and from the office each day and we will provide a work vehicle for your daily duties. A valid driver's license is required. We manage properties in the following areas (most are in Montgomery county).

county Vandalia Butler county Greene county Clark county Warren county
DUTIES:
MUST HAVE COMMERCIAL PAINTING EXPERIENCE
Painting rental units (neat & clean painting of walls, trim, ceilings, etc) Wall repairs as needed
