Main skills required:

Painting (Must be able to paint a full apartment in two colors with straight, clean lines and tight cut-ins — no sloppy work) Drywall (skim coat, sanding, patching holes, sometimes new drywall installlation) Flooring (LVP flooring mostly) Light carpentry Other skills are a plus — we can teach if you're willing to learn and grow.

Able to work independently and figure things out Must have your own transportation Show up on time and be ready to work Willing to do different types of work and learn new skills Starting as a 1099 contractor at $18/hour, paid weekly.

First 90 days is a probation period. Pay can increase quickly based on performance.

Position may transition to W-2 employee with all the benefits based on performance and role. Work is mostly in the Cincinnati area. Looking for motivated people only. Pay increases are based on performance — the better you work, the more you make Responsibilities Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, plastering, caulking, and applying primer as needed Apply paints, stains, varnishes, and specialty coatings using hand tools and power tools such as airless paint sprayers Assist with framing, trim carpentry, fixture installation, and other renovation activities Use hand tools like brushes, rollers, scrapers, trowels, and saws to complete various construction-related tasks Maintain a clean work area by organizing tools and disposing of debris in accordance with safety standards Support the team in demolition, restoration work, and other maintenance projects as needed Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs Experience Prior experience in construction painting or industrial painting projects is highly desirable Hands-on experience with hand tools and power tools including airless sprayers Experience working on residential or commercial construction sites with a focus on renovation or remodeling projects Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to project specifications
