CREW RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide unparalleled customer service to our clients Communicate professionally with crew members, supervisors, and occasionally homeowners Take direction and feedback from crew leaders and experienced painters Follow safety procedures and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required Assist experienced painters with prep work, painting, and clean-up on residential job sites Learn and apply correct techniques for brush, roller, and spray painting Load and unload materials from company vehicles Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition Stay on schedule and support the crew in hitting daily and weekly goals

REQUIREMENTS

No prior painting experience required

• willingness to learn is key Home renovation experience is a plus! Ability to perform physical labor
• including standing, lifting, bending, and climbing ladders Punctuality and consistent attendance
• must be dependable and show up ready to work Comfort working outdoors, in varying weather conditions Reliable transportation to and from job sites Must be legally authorized to work in the

U.S. HOURS PER WEEK
