Interior Painter - Full Time Position Interior Painting company with over 30 yrs experience working with designers and clients in residential and new construction. Looking to fill a full time position to join my establish crew. Previous experience a plus, or newly experienced in the trade looking to advance in the profession. Must be a hard worker, reliable, on time, and work well with others. Currently working on the East Side, South Side, & West Side areas(Beachwood, Solon, Pepper Pike, Chesterland, Auburn, Bainbridge, Kirtland, Hudson, Brecksville, Lakewood, Westlake). Competitive Pay - W2 on weekly basis. Must have own tools and transportation. Call, Email or Text Summary As an Interior Painter, you will be essential in delivering high-quality painting services for both residential. Reporting to the project manager, you will utilize your core skills in residential along with hand tools, to ensure a flawless finish. Your premium knowledge of color theory will assist in creating aesthetically pleasing environments. Additionally, your relevant skills in plastering, and renovation will enhance your ability to meet client expectations and contribute to the overall success of our construction projects. Join our team and make a significant impact in transforming spaces. Responsibilities Execute residential and commercial painting projects with precision and attention to detail. Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer as necessary. Utilize hand tools and equipment to apply paint, ensuring a high-quality finish. Collaborate with team members to read blueprints and plan renovations effectively. Follow safety protocols on construction sites to maintain a safe working environment. Qualifications Proven experience in residential and commercial painting Proficiency with hand tools and painting equipment Knowledge of construction painting techniques and practices Understanding of color theory and its application in painting Ability to read blueprints and follow renovation plans Basic math skills for measurements and calculations Experience in plastering and trim carpentry is a plus
