Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking skilled Sub-Contracting Partners to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various painting techniques and a strong background in both interior and exterior painting. This role involves working on a variety of projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial painting. The Crew will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint, and ensuring high-quality finishes that meet client expectations. These are 1099 positions. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and patching as needed. Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment. Mix paints and match colors according to specifications and color theory principles. Work on various types of projects including residential homes, commercial buildings, and industrial facilities. Restore and repair surfaces such as plaster, stucco, and masonry as required. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment at all times. Experience Proven experience in commercial painting, construction painting, or residential painting is preferred. Familiarity with industrial painting techniques is a plus. Basic math skills for measuring areas and calculating paint quantities are essential.
