What You'll Do Lead a crew on residential projects, ensuring jobs are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest quality Set the tone on-site with professionalism, safety, and exceptional customer care Perform expert-level painting including brush, roll, spray, and fine finishes Learn and grow into decorative finishes and wallpaper installation (training provided with increased pay as skills develop) Maintain a clean and organized job site, including daily 3pm BRUSH updates Partner with the Project Manager to resolve customer needs and keep projects running smoothly Communicate clearly and confidently in both English and Spanish with customers and crew What We're Looking For Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) Expert painter with strong brush and roll experience (spraying and decorative finishes are a plus) Proven leadership ability to guide and motivate a crew across language barriers Professional appearance with reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Comfortable using smartphones and apps (training provided) Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering 5-star customer experiences Pay & Benefits $20-$26 per hour, depending on experience Performance bonuses for meeting budgets and earning 5-star reviews Higher pay opportunities for additional skills (spraying, fine finishes, decorative finishes, wallpaper) Health, dental, and vision insurance Branded uniforms provided Career growth opportunities (Crew Leader → Project Manager)
