Job Overview Seeking residential Painters who are available to assist landlords with tenant turnover. Your role will include painting the house/unit/apartment for it to be rent ready for the next tenant. If you are interested please fill in the application form and we will get back to you. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and outdoor patios Execute detailed floor care tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, polishing, and carpet cleaning to maintain pristine surfaces Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting surfaces and ensuring proper waste disposal in accordance with health guidelines Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients about their cleaning preferences and addressing any special requests or concerns Qualifications Proven experience in residential cleaning, janitorial roles, housekeeping etc Knowledge of cleaning techniques and sanitation procedures Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards Familiarity with commercial cleaning tools and supplies is advantageous We value energetic individuals who take pride in creating clean, comfortable homes.
