Painting Crew Member BrushStrokes Painting - North Ridgeville, OH BrushStrokes Painting is looking for a dependable, hardworking Painting Crew Member to join our growing team. We handle residential and light commercial interior and exterior painting projects throughout the Greater Cleveland area. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up on time, works well with others, and is willing to learn. Painting experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person who has a strong work ethic. Pay $20-$25 per hour, based on experience and skill level. Responsibilities Interior and exterior painting Rolling, brushing, and cutting in walls, ceilings, trim, doors, and other surfaces Preparing surfaces by scraping, sanding, caulking, patching, and cleaning Masking and protecting floors, furniture, landscaping, windows, and other surfaces Assisting with setup and cleanup of job sites Using ladders and working at heights when necessary Maintaining clean and organized work areas Following company safety procedures Working efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship Providing professional and respectful service while working at customers' homes and businesses Qualifications Painting or construction experience preferred Reliable transportation to job sites or designated meeting locations Dependable and punctual Comfortable working indoors and outdoors Comfortable using ladders Able to perform physically demanding work, including lifting approximately 50 lbs. Strong attention to detail Ability to follow directions and work as part of a crew Professional attitude and appearance Valid driver's license preferred What We're Looking For We value reliability, quality, and attitude. Experienced painters who can independently cut, roll, prep, and complete projects efficiently are strongly encouraged to apply.
