In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality painting services across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Your expertise in various construction trades will enable you to contribute to renovation, restoration, and new build projects with precision and efficiency. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse sites, apply your technical knowledge, and help transform spaces into functional and to be aesthetically appealing. Execute painting on various surfaces including walls, ceilings, trim, stucco, and masonry. Perform renovation and restoration work by repairing drywall, caulking gaps, installing fixtures, and finishes. Utilize power tools and hand tools safely for tasks such as framing, trim carpentry, caulking, and drywall installation. Assessing project scope and material needs for painting and related trades while in field. Support other construction activities including carpentry (frame and trim), light electric, flooring, plumbing and maintenance tasks as needed on-sites. Skills Residential and commercial painting techniques Experience with hand tools (e.g., chisels, hammers etc..), power tools (e.g., drills, sanders), and spray equipment such as airless paint sprayers. Ability to perform caulking, fixture installation, and basic maintenance work. Helpful but not needed knowledge of renovation processes including restoration work on existing structures. Construction site experience with safety protocols and working at heights or in confined spaces. Basic math skills for measurements and estimations; understanding of schematics for technical tasks. Additional handyman experience including carpentry (trim carpentry), framing, HVAC, plumbing and maintenance activities enhances versatility.
