CFM Foundry is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Facilities Painter to join our maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, painting, and maintaining the interior and exterior surfaces of our buildings and structures. The ideal candidate takes pride in high-quality craftsmanship, operates heavy equipment safely, and adheres strictly to facility safety protocols. Key Responsibilities Prepare surfaces by washing, sanding, scraping, patching, and priming prior to painting. Apply paint, stains, sealants, and coatings to interior/exterior walls, trim, machinery, and equipment. Operate an Aerial Lift safely to perform painting tasks at elevated heights. Maintain equipment, tools, and work areas in a clean, organized, and safe condition. Collaborate with the facility maintenance team to complete work orders in a timely manner.

Required Qualifications & Physical Demands Preferred Experience:

Experience as a commercial, industrial, or facility painter.

Equipment Operation:

Demonstrated ability to safely operate an

Aerial Lift Physical Capability:

Ability to frequently lift, carry, and maneuver up to 50 lbs unassisted.

Safety Equipment:

Ability and willingness to wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Strong knowledge of painting materials, surface preparation methods, and equipment maintenance. Ability to work comfortably at heights and on ladders/scaffolding.
