We are seeking hardworking and motivated individuals to join our team as full-time residential painters. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, want consistent hours, and are looking to grow their skills in a fast-paced environment.

What We Offer:

Full-time position (40 hours per week guaranteed) Competitive pay starting at $17/hour, with opportunities to earn up to $26/hour based on performance and experience Consistent, reliable work throughout the season Hands-on training and skill development Opportunities for advancement into leadership roles

Responsibilities:

Prepare surfaces for painting (scraping, sanding, priming) Apply paint, stain, and finishes to residential properties Work on both interior and exterior painting projects Maintain a clean and organized job site Follow safety guidelines and company standards Work efficiently as part of a team to complete projects on schedule

Qualifications:

Strong work ethic and positive attitude Reliable and punctual Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to perform physical labor (lifting, climbing ladders, standing for long periods) Painting experience is a plus, but not required — we will train the right candidates
