In this role, you will play a key part in transforming homes through high-quality painting and finishing work, delivering results that enhance both the appearance and value of our clients' properties. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, and priming to ensure proper paint adhesion Apply paint, stain, and finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment Complete exterior and interior painting projects with attention to detail and quality Perform caulking, minor repairs, and prep work to achieve smooth, professional finishes Follow project plans and instructions from project managers Maintain a clean and organized job site Communicate professionally with team members and homeowners Follow all safety guidelines and procedures on job sites Requirements Previous painting or construction experience is preferred but not required Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions Comfortable working on ladders and at heights Ability to lift and carry materials (40-60 lbs) Reliable transportation Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment What We Offer Competitive pay with opportunities for bonuses Hands-on training and skill development Leadership and advancement opportunities A supportive, team-focused work environment Valuable experience in painting, construction, and project management
