We are seeking skilled individuals who take pride in their work, show up consistently, and can handle a variety of painting applications. This is a 1099 independent subcontractor opportunity with hourly compensation . Bonus opportunities are available and will be discussed during the interview process. Responsibilities Interior and exterior residential and commercial painting Surface preparation, including sanding, patching, caulking, masking, and priming Brush, roller, and spray applications Cabinet, door, trim, and millwork finishing Lacquer, enamel, stains, and other specialty coatings Job site preparation, protection, and cleanup Maintaining professional workmanship and quality standards Requirements Minimum 3 years of professional painting experience Reliable transportation required Experience operating airless spray equipment Experience spraying lacquer and finishing cabinets or millwork Proficient with brush, roller, and spray applications Ability to work independently and alongside other painters Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented Professional attitude and strong work ethic Experience with a variety of painting materials and finishes Compensation & Opportunities Competitive hourly pay based on experience and skill level Weekly payments Performance and production bonuses available Consistent project opportunities as work is available Opportunities for increased responsibility and long-term growth Additional compensation and bonus details discussed during the interview process Independent Contractor Information This is a 1099 subcontractor opportunity, not a W-2 employment position.
