We are seeking an experienced individual Contract Painter / Subcontractor for ongoing work in the Tulsa area. This role is ideal for a skilled painter who can operate independently and is looking for consistent project opportunities. There is also long-term growth potential for the right individual, including the opportunity to take on increased responsibility, help lead projects, and grow with the company as operations expand in the Tulsa market. Scope of Work Subcontractors may be engaged for a variety of project types, including: Interior and exterior painting Surface preparation (patching, sanding, masking, priming) Application of coatings (spray, brush, and roll) Job site setup, protection, and cleanup Managing and executing assigned paint projects from start to completion Additional Opportunities (Optional) Additional opportunities may be available for subcontractors interested in increasing workload and earnings. Details can be discussed during the interview process based on experience, interest, and availability. What We're Looking For This opportunity is intended for an individual painter (not a painting company or established crew) Strong ability to work independently and take ownership of projects Experience in residential and/or light commercial painting Professional communication and job site conduct Interest in long-term growth and taking on additional responsibility over time Subcontractor Requirements Access to standard painting tools and equipment preferred Reliable transportation Strong attention to detail Compensation Structure Target earnings of $800
