Duties Prepare surfaces thoroughly by cleaning, sanding, caulking, and applying primers to ensure optimal adhesion of paint and coatings Apply paint, stain, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, spray guns (including conventional and construction spray painting), and power tools with skill and efficiency Use ladders safely to access high or hard-to-reach areas while adhering to all safety regulations and respiratory protection protocols Perform surface preparation for construction painting surfaces including sanding, scraping, masking, and surface cleaning to meet industry standards Qualifications Proven experience in painting including residential and commercial projects with a strong understanding of surface preparation techniques Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, paint sprayers (including construction spray painting), brushes, rollers, and other application equipment Experience with drywall installation/repair, plastering, stucco work, caulking, trim carpentry, masonry repair, fixture installation, restoration work, remodeling projects, and general handyman tasks is highly desirable Join us in creating beautiful spaces while maintaining a safe work environment!
