Job Summary We are seeking skilled and motivated Painters to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying paint, stain, and coatings to a variety of surfaces across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Your expertise will help transform spaces, enhance aesthetics, and ensure durable finishes that stand the test of time. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, plastering, caulking, and repairing as needed to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality Apply paint using hand tools such as brushes and rollers or power tools including airless paint sprayers for efficient coverage on large surfaces Execute specialized painting techniques including industrial painting, restoration work, stucco application, and masonry finishes Perform trim carpentry, fixture installation, framing, drywall finishing, and basic carpentry tasks to support comprehensive project completion Use construction estimating skills to assess materials needed and ensure accurate project planning Maintain safety standards on construction sites by adhering to protocols related to scaffolding, welding, concrete finishing, and working with hazardous materials Experience Proven experience in residential and commercial painting projects Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding setup, and maintenance of painting equipment Knowledge of color theory to achieve desired aesthetic effects and color matching accuracy Background in renovation projects involving plastering, caulking, restoration work, framing carpentry, masonry, or industrial painting preferred Join our team today if you're eager to showcase your craftsmanship in a fast-paced environment where your skills make a visible difference!
