In this role, you will bring spaces to life through expert painting techniques, ensuring high-quality finishes across residential, and commercial. Your expertise will help transform environments, enhance aesthetics, and protect surfaces with precision and care. Duties Prepare surfaces meticulously by cleaning, sanding, plastering, caulking, and applying primer to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality Apply paint, stains, varnishes, and specialty coatings using hand tools such as brushes, rollers, spray guns (including airless paint spraying), and power tools to achieve smooth, even coverage Perform renovation work including drywall repair, trim carpentry, stucco application, masonry touch-ups, and fixture installation to support comprehensive project completion Execute construction painting tasks on both interior and exterior surfaces in residential, commercial, and restoration settings while adhering to safety standards Utilize construction estimating skills to assess project requirements and materials needed for efficient job execution Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris responsibly while ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times Skills Extensive experience with residential and commercial painting projects using various hand tools and power equipment Proficiency in surface preparation techniques including plastering, caulking, sanding, and masonry work Skilled in the use of construction estimating tools to evaluate project scope and material needs Familiarity with renovation processes such as remodeling, restoration, framing carpentry, trim carpentry, stucco application, concrete finishing, masonry work, fixture installation, and general maintenance tasks Basic math skills for measurements and calculations essential for accurate work planning Knowledge of construction site safety procedures combined with hands-on experience working on construction sites with varied environments Handyman experience that supports versatile problem-solving across multiple trades Join our team if you're passionate about transforming spaces with precision craftsmanship!
