Job Description
The Shed Guys is hiring an experienced painter with general construction skills to join our production team and help grow our painting division. Initially, this will be a combination position. You will paint our buildings and customer projects while also helping build and install sheds, garages, greenhouses, and other outdoor structures. As painting sales increase, the position will transition toward leading our painting work—including estimating, job planning, customer communication, quality control, and eventually training additional painters. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who wants to help build and eventually lead a growing division. Painting and Division Growth Prepare and paint buildings and customer projects Use airless sprayers, rollers, and brushes Help estimate painting labor and materials Communicate professionally with customers Maintain quality and production standards Help develop the painting division as demand grows General Construction Build and install sheds, garages, greenhouses, and outdoor structures Perform framing, siding, roofing, trim, and site preparation Load materials and tow trailers Assist with excavation, concrete, drywall, and interior finishing as needed How to Apply Please submit your resume and briefly answer the following questions: How many years of professional painting experience do you have?
