As our Lead Painter - Crew Leader, you'll guide a small, tight-knit painting crew on interior and exterior residential repaint projects-managing just one site at a time so you can focus on quality. You'll coordinate the daily workflow, ensure timelines and budgets are met, maintain client communication, and uphold our high standards of cleanliness and professionalism. You'll track progress, document results, and wrap up projects with satisfied homeowners and smooth final billing.
