• Residential exterior repainting
• Prep-heavy restoration work
• Pressure washing and wood cleaning
• Deck and fence staining
• Cedar siding restoration
• Airless spray applications
• Detailed brush and roller finish work
• Some interior repainting during rainy season Requirements
• Minimum 3 years professional residential painting experience
• Residential repaint experience required
• At least 50 completed residential exterior repaint projects preferred
• Strong prep skills (scraping, priming, caulking, masking, sanding)
• Comfortable with airless sprayers and pressure washers
• Able to safely work on ladders up to 40'
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Own basic painter hand tools
• Respectful of customers, homes, pets, and team members
