No painting experience required. An ideal worker has the following attributes:

- Willing to learn
- Great communication skills
- Not afraid of heights
- Good physical shape (this job is very physically demanding) This position starts at $20/hour with per project bonuses. The bonuses will get you closer to $30
- 35/hour on average. For skilled workers with great work ethic, this is a great start to get into a foreman training program and eventually run your own crew! Our foreman pay ranges from $50k
- 100k per year.
