We're a small company that takes pride in doing quality work and treating our customers right. We're looking for someone who is dependable, hardworking, and takes pride in a job well done. Previous painting experience is helpful, but we're willing to train the right person. We're looking for someone who is eager to learn, works well with others, pays attention to detail, and shows up ready to work every day. As a Painter, you'll assist with residential painting projects, surface preparation, painting, job site cleanup, and other tasks needed to complete projects to a high standard. You'll work alongside experienced team members and have opportunities to learn new skills and grow with the company. If you're motivated, reliable, and interested in building a career in the painting industry, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Perform surface preparation including scraping, sanding, patching, caulking, masking, and priming Apply paints and coatings using brushes, rollers, and sprayers Assist with job site setup and cleanup Follow company quality and safety standards Maintain a clean and professional work environment Work effectively as part of a team Communicate professionally with customers and coworkers Qualifications Painting experience is a plus but not required Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Ability to lift 50 pounds and work on ladders Attention to detail Positive attitude and dependable attendance Ability to work both independently and as part of a team What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience On-the-job training Opportunities for advancement Professional and supportive work environment Quality tools, equipment, and materials provided
