Responsibilities:

Prepare surfaces for painting including cleaning, sanding, scraping, and patching Apply paint, stain, and other finishes to interior and exterior surfaces Select and mix paints and coatings to achieve desired colors and textures Set up and break down job sites, including masking, tarping, and protecting surrounding areas Operate brushes, rollers, sprayers, and other painting equipment Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment Collaborate with crew members and supervisors to meet project deadlines

Requirements:

Prior experience in commercial or residential painting preferred Ability to prepare and finish surfaces to a high-quality standard Comfortable working at heights using ladders, scaffolding, and lifts Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
