Painter Helper Will Train

Job Overview Allegheny Paint Co. is looking for a dependable Painter Helper to assist with residential and commercial painting projects. This is a hands-on position working directly with the owner on interior and exterior jobs including prep work, painting, carpentry repairs, and finish work. No professional experience required — willing to train the right person. Must be reliable, able to work with tools, and willing to learn. This is not a temporary one-day job. Looking for someone who wants steady work and the opportunity to learn a skilled trade. Duties include assisting with all aspects of painting and job site preparation, including: Surface prep (scraping, sanding, caulking, masking, cleaning) Assisting with interior and exterior painting Carrying ladders, tools, and materials Helping with minor carpentry and repairs Job site setup and cleanup Working on ladders and scaffolding Following instructions and learning proper painting techniques You will be working directly with the owner on most jobs.
