Full Job Description We are a residential and commercial painting company looking to add a reliable , dependable , detail-oriented painter to our team. We specialize in high-quality interior and exterior painting , with a strong emphasis on proper prep work and attention to detail . We are not a production-only company — we take pride in doing the job right, not rushing through it. As a Painter , you will be responsible for prepping, repairing, and finishing interior/exterior surfaces. We are seeking someone who takes pride in their work, shows up on time, and can work well independently or as part of a crew.

Responsibilities Painting Prep surfaces:

masking, sanding, caulking, cleaning, priming, & taping precisely & efficiently Apply interior/exterior paint using brush, roller, or sprayer Deliver clean lines and a high-quality finish Protect surrounding areas and maintain a clean jobsite Drive up to 1 Hour away from Ephrata Drywall Repair cracks by taping, mudding, sanding, and finishing to paint-ready quality Perform patching, repairs, and texture matching (if applicable) General Follow company safety practices Communicate clearly and professionally especially in customers' homes. Maintain an exceptionally clean work environment Load/unload tools and materials Finish jobs on schedule Maintain proper appearance and hygiene at all times. Qualifications Painting and/or drywall experience preferred Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on ladders/scaffolding & lifts Reliable transportation Strong attention to detail Good communication and teamwork skills Preferred Qualifications Sprayer experience (airless or HVLP) Knowledge of drywall textures and finishing levels Ability to perform light carpentry repairs Own basic hand tools Benefits Competitive pay Growth opportunities Training available for motivated workers Performance bonuses possible Overtime available depending on workload Schedule Monday-Friday Occasional weekends (optional depending on workload) 8-hour shifts (varies by project)
