Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both residential and commercial painting, demonstrating a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality finishes. This role involves preparing surfaces, applying paint, and ensuring that all work meets our high standards of quality and safety. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primers as needed. Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment. Read and interpret blueprints to determine the scope of work required for each project. Perform caulking and fixture installation as par t of the finishing process. Restore surfaces by repairing damages and applying appropriate finishes. Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure timely project completion. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. Estimate materials needed for projects and assist in construction estimating when required. Execute concrete finishing tasks as necessary for various projects. Experience Minimum 2 years of painting experience in residential painting and commercial painting is essential. Strong knowledge of painting techniques tools, and materials Ability to follow instructions and work independently Familiarity with blueprint reading is highly desirable. Experience in construction painting techniques is a plus. Background in fixture installation and restoration work is preferred.
