Job Summary We are seeking skilled and motivated Painters to join our dynamic painting team! In this role, you will be responsible for applying paint, stain, and coatings to a variety of surfaces across residential projects. Duties Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, and applying primers to ensure optimal paint adhesion. Apply paints, stains, sealers, and coatings using brushes, rollers, airless sprayers, or other power tools for efficient coverage. Use hand tools like putty knives, scrapers, caulking guns, and trowels for surface preparation and finishing touches. Conduct touch-ups and repairs to maintain consistent quality throughout the project lifecycle. Assist with related construction tasks such as drywall installation (including plastering), fixture installation, trim carpentry, or masonry work when needed. Follow safety protocols on construction sites by wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) Expertise in color theory to select appropriate shades and finishes for different environments. Experience with residential and commercial painting projects across various building types. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools (including airless paint sprayers), and scaffolding setups. Familiarity with plastering, stucco application, caulking, trim carpentry, restoration work, and renovation processes. Construction site experience with an understanding of safety standards and project workflows. Pay:

$17.00 - $23.00 per hour
