We're looking for experienced painters who care about quality, work efficiently, and take pride in every project. Who We're Looking For We're hiring an experienced painters to join our team. This is not an entry-level position. We need dependable professionals who can produce quality work with minimal supervision. Responsibilities Interior and exterior painting Surface preparation (sanding, scraping, patching, caulking, masking) Brush, roll, and spray application Drywall repairs and minor finishing Maintain clean, organized job sites Communicate professionally with homeowners and project managers Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards Minimum Qualifications 3+ years of professional painting experience Your own reliable transportation Valid driver's license Ability to work independently AND as part of a team Strong attention to detail Positive attitude and strong work ethic Able to lift 50+ pounds and work on ladders Must arrive on time every day Preferred Experience Residential Painting Cabinet Finishing Commercial Painting Apartment Turnovers Minor drywall repair Power Washing Staining decks and fences What We Offer Competitive weekly pay 1099 Contractor (You Make You're Own Schedule) Consistent, year-round work Opportunities for advancement into leadership positions Performance bonuses for exceptional work Professional, respectful work environment High-quality equipment and materials Interview Process To make sure we're hiring the right people, every candidate will complete: Phone interview In-person interview Hands-on painting skills test Reference check from previous employers Background check (if applicable) Before Applying Only apply if you: Have real professional painting experience.
