Position Overview This role is ideal for someone who already has basic painting knowledge (prep work, rolling, cutting, sanding) and wants to continue improving their skills while working with a professional team. Responsibilities Surface preparation (sanding, scraping, caulking, masking) Interior and exterior painting Rolling and cutting walls and trim Assisting with wallpaper removal and skim coating Protecting floors, furniture, and surrounding areas Maintaining clean and organized job sites Working efficiently as part of a team Treating clients and their homes with respect and professionalism What We Expect We are looking for people who are: Team players Self-directed and accountable Hard-working and action-oriented Problem solvers Optimistic and constantly improving Respectful of clients and their homes We maintain high standards and take pride in the work we deliver to our clients. Requirements Some basic painting experience required Reliable transportation to arrive at the shop at 8:00 AM Ability to perform physical work and climb ladders Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work well with a team

Pay Entry Level Painter:
