Responsibilities:
Interior & Exterior Painting:
Apply paints, stains, and protective finishes evenly using brushes, rollers, and paint sprayers on drywall, wood, metal, and masonry surfaces.
Cabinet & Trim Finishing:
Skillfully paint or stain custom cabinetry, doors, crown molding, and baseboards to achieve a smooth, high-end, professional look.
Job Site Protection & Cleanup:
Properly mask, drape, and protect client furniture, floors, and surrounding areas. Maintain a clean, organized work area throughout the project and perform a thorough cleanup upon completion.
Client Interaction:
Maintain a polite, respectful, and professional demeanor when working inside occupied homes or active residential properties.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency with various application tools (brushes, rollers, conventional and airless paint sprayers). Strong knowledge of different paint types, primers, stains, and finishes relative to specific surfaces. Exceptional attention to detail, particularly with cutting in lines and surface prep.

Valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle to travel to various job sites, and a clean driving record.
