Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Lead Painter, Painter, or Painter Helper and become a vital part of transforming spaces through expert craftsmanship and dedicated teamwork! This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead painting projects across residential, commercial, and industrial sites, ensuring high-quality finishes that exceed client expectations. Whether you're guiding a crew or assisting with hands-on painting tasks, your skills will help bring visions to life while maintaining safety and efficiency on every project. Duties Lead and coordinate painting projects, including surface preparation, priming, and finishing coats for residential, commercial, or industrial settings Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, plastering, caulking, and applying primers to ensure optimal paint adhesion Use hand tools and power tools such as brushes, rollers, airless paint sprayers, and scaffolding to execute detailed paint applications Read blueprints and schematics to accurately determine project scope and specifications for renovation or restoration jobs Apply specialty coatings like stucco or industrial paints while adhering to safety standards and technical guidelines Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools, disposing of debris properly, and ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times Experience Proven experience in construction painting across residential, commercial, or industrial sites with a solid understanding of construction site procedures Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and color theory principles for precise color matching and design execution Hands-on knowledge of hand tools, power tools, scaffolding setup, Extension ladders, and airless paint spraying techniques Strong Leadership skills to lead a project from start to finish involving clients and a crew. Ability to estimate materials and time requirements through construction estimating skills combined with basic math aptitude Previous experience in construction estimating is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential Excellent communication skills with handyman experience preferred for effective collaboration on complex projects Join us in creating beautiful spaces while advancing your career in a vibrant environment that values craftsmanship and teamwork.
