Painter

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated Painter to join our metal refurbisment team. In this role, you will be responsible for prepping metal surfaces of mostly waste containers and applying paint. Your expertise will help transform spaces, enhance aesthetics, and ensure quality craftsmanship on every project. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional results while adhering to safety standards and project timelines. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, and applying primer to ensure optimal paint adhesion. Apply paint with sprayers including airless paint spraying equipment. Utilize power tools and hand tools efficiently for surface preparation and finishing touches. Maintain safety protocols on construction sites while managing multiple projects simultaneously. Support maintenance tasks such as welding or restoration work to uphold high-quality standards.
