Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable Painter or Handyman or both skillsets person for rent-ready work on base. This role involves completing a variety of tasks to get homes ready quickly and correctly between residents.

Typical Tasks Include:

Interior painting (walls, trim, doors) Drywall repair Gutter cleaning Pressure washing Wood trim repair (use of power tools) Door alignment Minor plumbing Minor electrical Appliance assessment and repair Floor plank replacement --> Not a complete list but you get the idea

Requirements:

Must be able to pass background requirements for base access Own tools and Painting material, as well as reliable transportation Experience in painting and/or handyman work Able to work independently and stay on schedule Honest, dependable, and takes pride in doing the job right This Position is Monday- Friday, however we are flexible
