Camden Position Summary:
As a Painter, you will perform the general duties necessary to prepare and paint or cover interior and exterior surfaces.
Posted Salary Range:
USD $20.00
  • USD $25.
00 /Hr.
Wage Commensuration:
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
Duties & Responsibilities:
You will repair and maintain all painted, drywall surfaces, masonry surfaces and popcorn ceilings You will maintain inventory of supplies for painting and repairs Preserves trim, flooring, furniture and other surfaces with masking tape, drop cloths and other protective coverings to keep them free of paint. Prepares surfaces for painting by cleaning, filling holes and cracks with putty, and sanding until smooth. Cleaning machines, equipment and work areas using water, solvents and other cleaning aids.
Qualifications & Requirements:
High school graduate or GED Must have 3 years of experience in painting, plaster, drywall repair and finishing Must have proven attention to detail in finished work Proven organizational skills coupled with exceptional customer service Ability to read, write and speak English Must have reliable source of transportation and valid driver's license Must be able to travel locally, as needed Background check required
