Responsibilities Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or cracks. Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment. Estimate materials needed for each project and manage inventory effectively. Perform maintenance tasks such as caulking, plastering, and drywall repair as needed. Execute restoration work on existing structures while maintaining quality standards. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during the painting process. Ensure compliance with safety regulations while working on construction sites. Qualifications Proven experience in residential painting projects. Strong knowledge of application techniques.
