As a Contract Painter, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch painting services to our clients, contributing to the overall success of our projects. You will work in a variety of residential and commercial settings, ensuring that surfaces are properly prepared and painted to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Surface Preparation:

Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and patching imperfections as necessary.

Paint Application:

Apply paint using various techniques, ensuring even coverage and clean, precise lines.

Color Matching:

Mix and match paint colors as required to meet client specifications.

Product Knowledge:

Have a strong understanding of different paint types, finishes, and application methods to provide expert advice to clients.

Quality Control:

Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and makes necessary touch-ups or adjustments.

Safety:

Adhere to safety guidelines, use appropriate safety equipment, and maintain a safe working environment.

Client Communication:

Maintain open and professional communication with clients, addressing their concerns and answering questions.

Material Management:

Manage and maintain painting equipment, tools, and supplies.

Timeliness:

Complete projects within agreed-upon timeframes while minimizing disruptions to clients.

Requirements:

Must be 18 an older. Must have a valid driver's license. Must be legally authorized to work in the united states. Proven experience as a painter, with a strong portfolio of previous work. Knowledge of various painting techniques, tools, and equipment. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Time management skills and the ability to meet project deadlines. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Physical fitness and the ability to work in various weather conditions. Able to obtain worker's compensation/general contractor liability insurance.
