Job Description

We're Anchor Custom Painting, a growing local company looking for reliable painters who want steady work and a solid team. We offer $15-$25/hr based on experience, consistent year-round work, and a straightforward, no-drama work environment. Most of our jobs are residential repaints and remodels. no bouncing around or wondering where your next paycheck is coming from. We're looking for people who show up on time, take pride in their work, and want to grow (crew lead opportunities available for the right person). Experience is preferred, but we're willing to train someone with a strong work ethic and good attitude. If you're tired of unpredictable hours, poor management, or chasing jobs, this is a place you can settle in and build something long-term.
