Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a motivated Painter, specializing in both commercial and residential projects.
This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about craftsmanship, detail-oriented work, and delivering outstanding results in a fast-paced environment. Duties Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, and applying primers to ensure optimal paint adhesion. Apply paints, stains, varnishes, and other finishes using hand tools such as brushes, rollers, spray guns (including airless paint spraying), and power tools. Execute residential painting projects including wall coatings, spackling and caulking. Maintain safety standards on construction sites by properly handling hand tools, scaffolding, ladders, and power tools while adhering to OSHA regulations. Perform maintenance tasks including handyman repairs or general site upkeep related to painting projects. Experience Proven experience in residential painting with a strong understanding of interior finishing techniques. Hands-on experience with construction site work including scaffolding setup and working at heights safely. Experience working with hand tools such as caulking guns, putty knives, brushes, rollers; proficiency with power tools including airless sprayers is preferred. Previous experience desired, but will provide on the job training.
