Your skills will help us deliver beautiful, durable results that exceed client expectations. Whether working with brushes, spray equipment, or hand tools, your craftsmanship will make a lasting impact in every project you undertake. Duties Prepare surfaces meticulously by cleaning, sanding, plastering, caulking, and applying primer to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality Apply paint, stain, varnish, and other coatings using hand tools such as brushes and rollers to achieve smooth and even coverage Experience Proven construction site experience with a strong understanding of building processes including carpentry (including trim carpentry and framing), masonry, plastering, and concrete finishing Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings essential for precise application of paint and finishes Hands-on experience in residential painting, commercial painting, renovation projects, or industrial painting environments Knowledge of color theory to select appropriate hues for aesthetic appeal and functional durability Skilled in the use of hand tools such as caulking guns, putty knives, scrapers along with power tools like drills and sanders Basic math skills for measuring surfaces accurately and estimating material quantities efficiently Additional handyman experience including fixture installation, maintenance tasks, welding (if applicable), and restoration work enhances versatility in project execution Embrace the opportunity to showcase your craftsmanship in a fast-paced environment where your skills make a visible difference!
