This is a hands-on position involving a variety of commercial property maintenance and coating services. Job Responsibilities Parking lot striping and pavement markings Interior and exterior commercial painting Pressure washing and soft washing Sealcoating Surface preparation, masking, and cleanup Operate painting, striping, and pressure-washing equipment Load, unload, and maintain tools and equipment Follow jobsite and company safety procedures Complete work efficiently while maintaining quality standards Travel to different job locations as needed Qualifications Experience with striping, painting, or pressure washing is preferred Experience in multiple areas is a plus Willing to train the right candidate Must be dependable and able to work as part of a crew Comfortable working outdoors and performing physical labor Able to lift and carry equipment and materials Must be willing to work a flexible schedule depending on job requirements Attention to detail and quality workmanship are important Schedule Schedule varies depending on projects and customer needs. Some early mornings, evenings, nights, or weekends may be required.
