Position Overview:

We are seeking experienced subcontractor painters to join our team. As a subcontractor, you will work on a variety of residential and commercial painting projects. You will be responsible for executing high-quality paint jobs, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare surfaces for painting (sanding, scraping, priming). Apply paint, stains, and coatings to surfaces with precision. Ensure proper clean-up of work areas and tools after each job. Work closely with our project managers to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards. Maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness. Communicate effectively with clients and project managers.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of painting experience. Ability to work with a variety of paints and finishes (interior and exterior). Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Excellent communication skills. Reliable transportation and own tools. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Valid drivers license and insurance. Ability to pass a background check. Up to date Workers' Comp and Liability insurance. We are looking for the best!
