About the Role We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Painter to help maintain the appearance, quality, and value of a residential community. This role focuses primarily on interior and exterior painting, with occasional support for general maintenance tasks. What You'll Do Prepare and paint interior and exterior surfaces, including sanding, patching, priming, and finishing Repair and patch drywall and sheetrock to ensure smooth, professional results Match paint colors and apply finishes consistently using brushes, rollers, or sprayers Protect surrounding surfaces, furniture, and fixtures before painting Maintain tools, materials, and a clean, safe work area Complete work orders accurately and on schedule Follow all safety procedures, OSHA guidelines, and proper material handling practices Support the maintenance team with minor repairs or projects as needed Requirements What You Need to Succeed High school diploma or equivalent Previous painting experience through formal training, apprenticeship, or hands-on work Strong knowledge of painting techniques, surface preparation, and drywall repair Excellent attention to detail, especially with finishes and color matching Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team Experience in apartment, condominium/HOA, or hotel environments preferred English proficiency required; Spanish is a plus Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Identity Theft Protection Pet Insurance Retirement Plan Paid Time Off (PTO) 401(k)
