This position is responsible for preparing apartments for new residents by completing painting, repairs, cleaning, and general maintenance tasks. Pay is based on experience. Responsibilities Interior apartment painting and touch-ups Sheetrock repair, patching, texturing, and sanding Prepare surfaces for painting including cleaning, scraping, and priming Complete apartment make-readies Repair nail holes, dents, and wall damage Install and replace blinds, fixtures, and hardware as needed Assist with basic maintenance tasks Maintain a clean and organized work area Ensure apartments are move-in ready by scheduled deadlines Requirements Previous painting experience preferred Experience with sheetrock repair and texture matching preferred Apartment make-ready experience is a plus Must have reliable transportation Must be dependable and able to work independently Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
