TIME POSITION
Barron Properties is currently seeking a highly experienced, dependable, and hardworking individual to join our team immediately for commercial property renovations and make-ready projects.
Position Requirements:
We are looking for someone with strong hands-on experience in: Interior & exterior painting Roll-on and spray painting applications Commercial property painting Sheetrock repair & texture work Concrete painting & coatings Make-ready / remodel work Prep work, sanding, caulking, masking, and cleanup Working safely and efficiently on active commercial job sites Using ladders, scaffolding, and professional painting equipment Maintaining quality work under tight deadlines
GENERAL MAINTANCE MUST
Qualifications:
Must have painting experience Must be reliable and show up on time Must be able to work fast without sacrificing quality Commercial site experience preferred Ability to work independently and follow direction Must have transportation Must be ready to start immediately.
TOOLS ARE A BIG PLUS BUT NOT NECESSARY
What We Need:
We are on a strict timeline and need someone who can jump in and get the job done professionally and efficiently.
