Quincy Management provides HR support and is managing this recruitment process.

40 per week (schedule may vary based on project needs) Job Summary The Commercial Painter is responsible for surface preparation and finishing work within existing commercial properties. This role includes painting, mudding, taping, floating, and drywall repair as part of commercial renovation projects. This position does not involve new construction. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, patching, mudding, taping, and floating Apply paint and finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment Repair drywall and surface imperfections prior to painting Protect surrounding surfaces with drop cloths and masking materials Mix paint and materials as needed Follow supervisor instructions and project specifications Maintain clean and organized work areas Properly clean and store tools and equipment Follow safety procedures and job site rules Work with crew members to meet project deadlines Qualifications Prior experience in commercial painting or drywall finishing preferred Ability to mud, tape, float, and finish drywall surfaces Experience using painting tools and related equipment Attention to detail and quality workmanship General knowledge of job site safety practices Ability to perform physical labor and work at heights Reliable transportation to job sites required Dependable and team-oriented Benefits Health insurance Life insurance 401(k) Work Location In person
