Full Job Description Job Summary :
The Building Technician I supports the maintenance and operation of building systems by assisting senior technicians with a variety of mechanical, electrical, and utility-related tasks.
Shift:
2nd Sunday-Thursday 3pm-11pm

Essential Duties:
Painting-related projects Ensures timely and accurate completion of all required paperwork Uses tools and equipment that are standard issue and do not need further calibration or adjustment. Keeps tools and work areas in a clean and orderly manner Works on and completes all facility team-based goals Observes and complies with all company safety policies. Uses required personal protective equipment while satisfying all work requests Other duties as required
Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent 0-2 years of painting experience Demonstrates a professional demeanor, positive attitude, and strong work ethic Good communication skills (oral and written) Must be punctual and dependable
