    Job Summary The Facility Painter is responsible for maintaining the appearance and condition of interior and exterior building surfaces.

This role performs painting, surface preparation, touch-up work, and coating applications to ensure facilities remain safe, functional, and visually appealing.

Shifts available: 1st Sunday-Thursday 7am-3:30pm

2nd Sunday-Thursday 3pm-11pm Essential Duties Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, patching, and cleaning

Apply paint, stains, primers, sealers, and protective coatings using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment

Apply primer or sealers to paint surfaces

Clean up work area once project is finished

Keeps tools and work areas in a clean and orderly manner

Works on and completes all facility team-based goals

Observes and complies with all company safety policies. Uses required personal protective equipment while satisfying all work requests

Other duties as required Minimum Requirements High School Diploma or GED is required

2+ years of commercial, industrial, or facility painting experience

Demonstrates a professional demeanor, positive attitude, and strong work ethic

Knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and equipment

Ability to read and follow work orders and instructions

Ability to work from ladders, lifts, and scaffolding
