The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality finishes on various surfaces. This role involves preparing surfaces, applying paint, and ensuring that all work meets our high standards of quality and safety. The Painter will work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with other team members to achieve project goals. Duties Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or imperfections. Mix and match paint colors to achieve the desired finish. Apply paint using various techniques, including airless paint spraying and hand tools. Utilize precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate application and finishes. Assemble components as needed for painting projects. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment at all times. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to quality standards. Qualifications Proven experience as a Painter or in a similar role is preferred. Pay increases by experience. Familiarity with airless paint spraying techniques is highly desirable. Basic math skills for measuring areas and calculating paint quantities. Experience with machining and materials handling is a plus. Ability to operate hand tools and other painting equipment effectively. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
