In this role, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint and coatings with precision, and ensuring high-quality results that enhance the aesthetic and durability of various structures. Your expertise in a wide range of painting techniques and construction-related skills will contribute to transforming spaces with professionalism and efficiency. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from renovation and restoration to new construction, while honing your craft in a dynamic environment. Duties Prepare surfaces for painting (scraping, sanding, patching, caulking, priming) Apply paints, stains, varnishes, and coatings using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment Match colors and finishes according to specifications Protect surrounding areas with drop cloths and masking materials Repair drywall and perform minor carpentry work as needed Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition
  • Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times Communicate professionally with clients, supervisors, and team members Travel to various residential and commercial job sites Qualifications Proven experience in residential and commercial painting with knowledge of color theory for achieving desired aesthetic effects.
Minimum 5 years experience. Strong background in construction painting across commercial or industrial settings with at least basic math skills for measurements and estimations. Proficiency in using hand tools such as caulking guns, plastering tools, spray rig. Experience with surface preparation techniques including sanding, plastering (stucco), caulking (caulking). Knowledge of safety protocols on construction sites to ensure compliance during all phases of work. Minimum 5 years of professional painting experience (commercial and residential required) Valid driver's license
  • Reliable transportation
  • Willingness and ability to travel (80% of the time)
  • Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to work independently and as part of a team Professional attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining attention to detail in fast-paced settings.
